Making Children Stronger — from Within
RISEKids helps Florida schools prevent bullying, exclusion, digital stress, emotional overload, and everyday peer conflict
RISEKids is a whole-school and community prevention program that helps strengthen resilience, inclusion, self-worth, peer relationships, communication, and readiness to learn.
RISEKids brings real local, human expertise to school prevention. It is designed to complement existing programs and support students, teachers and parents equally.
RISEKids is a three pillar prevention model that gives students, teachers, and parents practical skills and support they can use in real-life situations — in class, with friends, online, and at home.
Stronger students.
Supported teachers.
Connected families.

What is RISEKids?
RISEKids is a live, school-based prevention program that helps students practice real-life skills for resilience, communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, problem-solving, belonging, help-seeking, and positive peer behavior.
We work alongside what your school already has — prevention curricula, MTSS, PBIS, counselor supports, resiliency education, school climate initiatives, and district prevention efforts. RISEKids strengthens those efforts by adding a human support layer built around three pillars: student workshops, teacher support, and parent/family education.
Areas we support
Bullying, exclusion, peer conflict, digital pressure, stress, classroom climate, and readiness to learn.
What Students practice
Communication, boundaries, problem-solving, self-worth, emotional regulation, resilience, help-seeking, belonging, and respectful interaction.
What Teachers and Families receive
Shared language, practical tools, parent education, teacher support, group or one-on-one guidance, feedback, and next-step recommendations.
Why it fits Schools
RISEKids complements existing programs. It does not replace curricula, counselors, MTSS/PBIS, or district prevention work. RISEKids can be tailored to support your school’s culture, values, advisory model, parent community, and student-life priorities.
Why it’s different
RISEKids is not a one-time assembly. Not a digital lesson. Not just a curriculum. RISEKids is live prevention practice for real school-life situations.
Schools
Strengthen school climate, belonging and readiness to learn.
Teachers
Get practical strategies and shared language for classroom dynamics.
Parents
Learn tools to support resilience, boundaries, communication, and digital stress at home.

Why Prevention Matters
Children today are growing up with pressure from school stress, peer conflict, digital life, bullying, exclusion, and the need to belong. When they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsafe, it can affect focus, behavior, relationships, confidence, and the overall learning climate.
Prevention matters because children can learn resilience and life skills before problems become crises. They can learn how to manage emotions, handle setbacks, communicate respectfully, solve conflict, set boundaries, ask for help, and stay connected to others.
Stress & Emotional Overload
Students today face constant pressure from school expectations, social comparison, online communication, peer conflict, and uncertainty — often before they have developed the emotional tools to handle it. Without these skills, everyday stress can show up as anxiety, withdrawal, conflict, disruptive behavior, or difficulty focusing and learning.
Bullying & Exclusion
Bullying and exclusion often grow through group pressure, social status, silence, and repeated small actions before adults see the full pattern. With proactive tools and a better understanding of these dynamics, students, schools, and parents can build inclusion, peer responsibility, and a positive peer culture where harmful behavior has less room to grow.
Digital & Social Media Pressure
Children and families face increasing pressure as they navigate social media, group chats, online comparison, digital conflict, and healthy boundaries. Students need guidance to build confidence, self-worth, digital awareness, and healthier online behavior.
Conflict & Communication Challenges
Conflict often starts small — through misunderstandings, hurt feelings, impulsive reactions, or words that were not meant the way they were received. Students need practice with respectful communication, repair, and problem-solving so they can handle disagreements before they become exclusion, disruption, or lasting peer conflict.
Our Focus Areas
RISE stands for Resilience, Inclusion, Self-Worth, and Empowerment.
These four pillars help students build the confidence, relationships, communication skills, and inner strength they need to navigate school and life.

Learning Through Experience
RISEKids is not lecture-based. Students do not just hear about resilience, bullying prevention, communication, or belonging — they practice these skills through real, age-appropriate school-life situations.
Unlike a one-time assembly or curriculum-only tool, RISEKids uses live, experiential workshops connected to teacher language, parent support, and meaningful feedback. Students learn not only what positive behavior looks like, but how to use it — in the classroom, with friends, during conflict, online, and when they need help.
The result is shared language students remember and teachers can reinforce throughout the school day.
Our Services
What We Offer
Student Workshops
Interactive sessions focused on resilience, communication, conflict management, anti-bullying, self-worth, mindfulness, emotions and peer relationships. Sessions may include storytelling, real-life scenarios, role play, group reflection, movement such as yoga or martial arts inspired exercises, creative exercises, vision boards, peer discussion and guided practice.
Structured programs that follow a theme, class, grade level, or school community over time. Multi-session programs help reinforce shared language, prevention skills, and positive peer culture across classrooms, grade levels, or the full school.
Teacher, Team Training & Support
Practical strategies for classroom climate, group dynamics, and student behavior support. Support can be provided through on-site team workshops or individual online support and can be integrated in the school year as needed.
Parent & Caregiver Workshops
RISEKids supports families through school-family events, parent group workshops, online educational sessions, and individual family consulting when needed.
Parents receive practical guidance on communication, boundaries, resilience, bullying dynamics, digital stressors, emotional overload, and how to support children at home. By creating shared language between school and family, children receive more consistent support in the classroom, online, with peers, and at home.
RISEKids parent support is educational and prevention-focused and does not replace therapy or clinical care.
Youth & Community Programs
RISEKids also offers adapted prevention workshops for youth organizations, sports clubs, camps, and community partners. Because children’s social lives continue beyond the classroom, these sessions help students practice resilience, communication, teamwork, boundaries, and conflict resolution in the places where they play, connect, compete, and grow.
Follow-Up, Evaluation & Next steps
RISEKids is designed as more than a one-time session. Schools receive feedback, reflection, progress check-ins, and next-step recommendations so teachers and school leaders can see what students practiced, what themes need reinforcement, and how the learning can continue in daily school life and at home.
This helps schools connect prevention work to classroom climate, student behavior, peer relationships, and existing support systems such as MTSS, PBIS, resiliency education, and school climate goals.
